So many symptoms..

For a couple years I've had pains here and there, not sure if they're regarding what's wrong now. But in February I started getting worse symptoms. I had an alcoholic beverage and had the worst pain in my left ribcage(more pinched pain, but not sure if it's connected to the alcohol). I was eventually having joint pain in my shoulders and eventually that pinched pain came back and then I felt extremely nausious so I went to the hospital. They didn't help. Chest X-rays were normal. I was left with "You could have an air pocket or blood clot, but it's not likely". So they did nothing for me. So now my symptoms have progressed to Shortness of breath, chest hurting, left and right ribcage hurting, dull achey pain in upper back, electrifying sharp pain in left side of my back, lightheadedness. I have stopped doing daily exercise because my lungs get sore very easily, and listening to loud bass in my car is effecting them now very easily. I recently had 3 drinks at a baseball game and had that terrible pinching pain at my left ribcage for 2 days after. And even when I was drinking, (I always have to burp lots when I do) and this time I almost threw up because for some reason I couldn't burp, it was scary. I have a hard time swallowing things sometimes as well. I also clear my throat waayy too much, if I don't I end up being a bit raspy, so maybe it's post nasal drip? I had an ultrasound and things were fine in my abdomen, and will be having a ct scan of my duodenum and esophagus.I'm so confused if my chest symptoms are a whole other problem from my rib pains and whatnot, or if they could possibly be related to eachother. I was thinking the possability of it being stress, since I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety so my doctor automatically thinks it's that. As you can see, I'd really love some opinions!.

health problems I do have already that may contribute:
mild asthma
allergies(that have gotten worse in the past few days but yeah)
depression,anxiety
anemia

Thankyou for your reply! My asthma is treated with an inhaler, and as far as my anemia goes, I'm not taking enough iron so I've been starting to. I did not think depression or even allergies could be causing all these symptoms, but thankyou for causing alert and I will take them seriously and consider medications. As for acid reflux, my father has it and my sister has heartburn and all that. But they don't have the symptoms I have. I thought Acid reflux entailed burning pain in chest or I'm not really sure hah, I just don't see them with the same problems so I didn't think it would actually be that. But I will definitly look for into it for sure.
It really is so hard to talk to doctors. Obviously stress and depression can cause lots of problems, but I think regardless doctors should be looking at our potentional problems, not just rule it out as that one thing.

Once again thankyou for your input. :)

Are you being treated for the anemia, asthma, depression and allergies?  If not, you should be.  Your difficulty with swallowing, burping and gas could be acid reflux, over the counter Prilosec is great for this! Continue with testing and don't stop until you start getting answers!  Do not allow the inept doctors to blow you off like nothing is wrong!  It's sad but true, that we have to push, and push for answers, but we do.  If nothing shows on your CT, and you are still feeling bad, go to the ER and tell them you think you are having a heart attack!  Tell them your symtoms of shortness of breath, back pain, being ligh headed. This will get you immediate attention, and get them to check your heart, lungs etc.  I know it's extreme, but many doctors have told me this is the way to get their attention.  Stress can cause a lot of problems, but I would assume you are on medication for this?  But it does appear that more is going on here.  Let us know how you do.
