Stomach wakes me up at 4am

I wake up every morning with stomach pain around 3 to 5 am. Centered directly at my belly button umbilical area. I have to get up and walk around for pain to resolve. Staying supine in bed and turning side to side does not relieve the pain. Used to think it was associated with time since eating supper but 3 gastroenterologist and 4 years later have ruled out any GI causes . Now feel pain is related to time since laying supine in bed or any time I spend more than. ,4-5 hours laying down. Could this be blood flow issue?  I have spent 5 years trying to resolve this nightly issue. I have tried all the different diet plans for 60 days each, all allergy tests negative, all CT scans and blood work normal. I really do think it is positional as from laying flat at this point. Have tried different mattresses and pain still will wake me up in the early morning. Even on vacation and camping this pain is there every morning. Sleep study is next in my agenda. If anyone has any ideas I am opened.
