Stomach

So I have been having a lot of stomach bloating along with pressure and it gets hard to take deep breaths also my appetite has dropped a lot and I have lost weight and also I find black specks in my stool my blood work was all normal but I'm worried it could be stomach cancer does this sound like it could be

Yes, gastritis can cause those symptoms.  Weight loss can be caused by many many different conditions.

My doctor said I could have gastritis or something like that but I keep losing weight and don't really have a appetite would gastritis cause these problems and also I worry a lot do you think that would cause weight loss

Yes, but even if you had all of the symptoms for stomach cancer, it is much more likely to be something else.

Yeh your prob right It just worried me bc I have lost like 10 pounds in wks and along with other symptoms that are listed with cancer

At your age, it is even more unlikely and rare to have stomach cancer.  The worrying is only making your symptoms worse.  I would recommend talking to your doctor about seeing a therapist.

I am 29 years old I can't even lay on my stomach bc it will start hurting and I get indigestion a lot I have been worying myself to death thinking its cancer though

Not necessarily.  Stomach cancer can often have negative blood work (except you may be anemic).  However it is much much more likely that you have something like an ulcer causing the black specks.  Stomach cancer is very rare!  How old are you?

I would recommend you talk to your doctor about getting stool testing done.

Yeh I have seen a doctor about it he told me it was unlikely cancer but I have to get a egd test done in a few weeks I was just worried it could be stomach cancer

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  Stomach cancer is rare and it is much much more likely to be something else.  Have you had stool testing?  Have you seen a doctor about this?
