Hi ,
Thank you very much for advise .I had Endoscopy 5 years ago . Just today , I had an ultra sound of my whole abdomen ,my gastroenterologist requested for this test   , to check on my gall bladder because he said if theirs abnormality in my gall bladder this  would be the cause of my dyspepsia .My doctor said , we need to go deeper what is the cause of the recurrence . The result is my gall bladder is normal with lithiasis or  gall stone  ,This is the cause of my dyspepsia , I have to undergo laproscopic surgery to remove it  in the next 3 days .I have faith in my doctor that this will solve the problem . I tried taking Domperidone , and Protonix , it work.
.Did you have an Ultra Sound Test for your Whole Abdomen .? You may want to take a look on this .
Thank you so much again for your reply .

Unfortunately there's no one "best" thing for dyspepsia, as it's a highly personal issue. The combination of Domperidone and Pantoprazole (Protonix) has ben pretty good for me, as has something called "Iberogast", which I got from Amazon, and which you can get from a naturopath. Acupuncture has also proven helpful, though i wasn't able to continue that route for a couple of reasons. In the end, the "magic bullet", so to speak, has been a combination of diet, exercise and medications as prescribed by a doc.

Just wondering: have you had a  gastric emptying exam? Have you seen a gastroenterologist about this? What about a naturopathic doctor (an actual ND), or an acupuncturist (TCM)? These may all offer clues.

Good luck.
