Should I go back to work feeling like this?

I have had a bad stomach virus since Sunday. Was in the hospital early Tuesday morning. Today is Saturday and I haven't work since last Saturday. I am scheduled tonight at 4. Since the stomach flu, though I have been nauseous, my stomach has been gurgly, I feel dizzy and sick still, but stronger. I can walk around and stuff but when I do for too long I have to be careful. I can't miss anymore work I need money and they are going to start getting frustrated. So should I try to work?
