Very bad stomach issues

Im having upper stomach pain and i always feel hungry and always nausus i burp constantly. And i eat to mask the pain and emptiness after i eat it feels full for 2 minutes then its empty again and pain comes back amd burp after burp and the nausea is constant

any lump in the throat feeling? sounds to me like acid reflux and/or gastritis. I would try cutting out certain foods (gluten, dairy, red meat, fast food, fatty food, greasy food, acidic foods/drinks). See if that makes a difference.
