What can I do about my stomach

I have chronic constipation and for the past few weeks I have been having really painfull gas in my left side and under my breast and sometimes right in the middle of my stomach. I feel really tired a sluggish and very uncomfortable  I have a gastro Dr., he put me on Gas Defense and Miralx, but that doesn't seem to be helping. I had a colonoscopy in 2004, all was good then. I would appreciate any advice you have.

I agree with Ramata.

Constipation would cause these symptoms it can be ex. painful.  You need to check out why you have constipation,  any alteration in BM should be investigated.

Hi, i dont believe you have gatro. My daughter is 4 and she goes through the same thing. You bowel is either so full of wind or it is back loaded. i would recommend going and getting an exray of your bowel and go from there. You might need to be on some sort of mild laxative.
