What can help with partial bowel obstruction?

I have had a partially obstructed bowel due to fecal compaction in my lower intestine for over a week now...
The mass will not seem to dislodge itself, and is making life very uncomfortable to say the least.. I have tried increasing exercise, polyethylene glycol for a few days, a fleet enema (not the mineral oil kind), drinking loads of water, and this morning I will try 10mg bysacodyl. And I will try the enema again tonight if no luck.
Has any body had some success or advice? Thanks!
