What could this be ?

I’ve been having some like itching and crawling feeling in my buttocks but it Dosent hurt me when I poop or pee and this recently happened last night when I needed to use the number 2 and when I wipe there’s no blood and I’m 18 and a female if that helps and I’m still trying to get over a Cankor sores so please help me
