Something stuck in my throat

i feel as if something is stuck in my throat, and sometimes it feels as if am not getting enough air because the air passage is getting smaller which gives me a headache. I am worried about this because there is no pain and when i eat it feels as if the food is not going down normally. i think i started having this feeling after i warmed and ate food from a disposable foam plate. The food smelled like the plate and i ate a few spoons before deciding to through it away. Since then i have not gone back to feeling like my normal self.

It is the mucus that build up in your throat. It happened to me, I couldn't eat at all even water I feel like I am choking. Try to take the Mucinex D decongestant, it helped for all my throat problems and nasal problems. Praise the Lord Jesus Christ.

You'll want to go to a doctor and report these symptoms. Right off the bat they sound a bit like GERD (or more specifically LPRD), but they could be related to a large number of other issues. The food not going down normally could be a signed of an inflamed (or strictured) esophagus.
