i am a 43 year old woman...never had any health problems...do not take any medicine...besides an occasional over the counter remedy...tonight my family and i were out eating dinner...after eating i noticed i had a flutter in the upper part of my stomach...then i had a flutter feeling the bottom of my throat area....and it seemingly takes my breath for a moment...and most of the time makes me cough....then i get a ringing noise in my ears...and begin to feel like i am about to pass out....ya know...tunnel vision...all this wonderful stuff finally passes...and then i am so tired...just wiped out...and i burp a bunch...and that seems to give some relief...this also comes with nausea and/or a diarrea.....idk what to do...i have been struggling with this since 2010...cuz i frankly hate to go to the doctor..i know i am overweight...and i feel like they are gonna say that is what is wrong..but i know this has been doing on for a long time...and i don't wanna go to the doctor..and they not take me serious...and just it is all weight related...cuz i really think it has something to do with digestion...but i don't have a clue where to start....any ideas?

I have a couple suggestions.  First off, I would recommend that you take your blood pressure during one of these episodes and compare it to your regular blood pressure.  Also, I would recommend trying to eat lower fat foods to see if this helps.

last night it was just a hamburger...i have had the flutter thing going on for awhile now...and i have been to the doctor and cardiologist and everything checked out fine....i even did the heart monitor thing for a month..just make sure all was well...it really is not tied to a certain food...just random...but most of the time i would say it was a heavier meal...if that makes any sense....like say mexican....or i am eating a little later than usual....cuz sometime i will flutter a little in my throat and have an upset tummy...and be really burpy....gross but that is what happens...i just don't have a clue what to even have checked out...just smh....
