What is this floating thing in the toilet?

We can't post pictures to convey our words better? I have a few issues but my main one for right now is some light colored oval shaped thing that was pooped out today. Never seen it before. It was floating, about an inch wide and moved like jello. I'm feeling lighter than usual and my stomach feels irritated a bit. Could this be from the extra pain medication I took to deal with this painful morning?
