why do we burp ? wat is the mechanism ?

There is a difference between just a burp & a 'continuous burping' which is an energy release, or a 'density release'. Of course, it sounds like a burp. All of you can possibly figure it out after observations, & appropriate research. Of course, we can speculate about the soft drinks, swallowing air and on and on. Interesting enough, everyone get answers from their own body who is an intelligent healer, but it seems far too easy.

Of course, when it happened to me - nobody had a clue. Some 'professionals' found it funny. The process is still unpleasant to me. But the rewards maybe greater. Who knows?

Though I'm not really aware of it, my partner says I am burping nearly all the time, especially after a meal.
I have Colitis, although Proctitis is perhaps more accurate.
Is burping a common side effect of Colitis, and is there an easy remedy?
