ch left periumblicus pain

i  , been having abdominal pain for 8 months or so ,initially LLQ then slowly has came up just to lt of umblicus, all basic blood test, pancrease test , ct of abdomen and pelvis and colonoscop, urine  test, ok  but still  point pain just left to umblicus  groing up/ down to left llq and luq, lost 4 pounds wt, good apetite,my Gi doctor asking to get EGD now, used to wake up when started but not now but often nagging pain
