I was drugged and possibly sodimized...

I had a situation almost four months ago where I was drugged and possibly sodimized... By the time I went to the doctor (two weeks later) I was too ashamed to be specific about what was going on, so I just had all the std tests and went on my way... But I really wanted to ask about the problem I am having with bowel movements.

I have always been a little constipated I guess, and so at first I didn't think it was a big deal, but now, four months later I am still having a lot of trouble.  A bowel movement the other day was so hard to get out that I was almost in tears and there was bright red blood in the toilette.  I dont poo more than a couple times a week as it is... and this is the really gross (sorry) part...

I actually feel full... Like all the way to the opening of my anus... So the other day in the shower, while cleaning I poked my finger in less than an inch and there was hard poo all the way to there... just sitting there... Shouldn't that passageway be clear?  Excuse my biology ignorance here... But I dont think that is normal.

I'm afraid it may be from some possible activity that night... Could I be damaged by any anal activity that may have taken place?  Should I be worried?  I am taking XLAX to try to help me and it doesnt even work!

Thank you

Blessings and hugs to you Lilly, I've been through the same thing and I never had the nerve/confidence to tell the police about it (in fact I never told anyone about it until last year).

As to your current problem - I don't know if you've gotten any medical advice yet.  It won't be easy but you should see the doctor about it - it could just be that you have some anal fissures, or it could be a more serious internal injury that needs surgery, or it could be worse!
For the constipation, try glycerine suppositories or a small enema.  Make sure you've got some hemorroid medication on hand, as you'll inevitably be bleeding when you've emptied your bowels.

Thank you CalGal.  I did talk to the police and the man is in jail now, for a rape that happened a week before the night i met him.  It seems as though he was preying on girls like me on dating websites and the same MO with all of us.  But two other women remember... I don't.

I am also seeing a councelor, but have decided to take the stand for my sanity that since I can't remember, it didnt happen... It helps me deal with what I do know.  I was drugged.  That is a violation in itself, so I am trying to focus on that instead.  It helps me sleep and work and just live my life more normally.

But when it comes to my health, I am concerned.  This problem with food going in and not coming out... can't be good.

Are you a doctor?

Lilly, you were violated, whether rape or sodomy was part of it doesn't matter. You were 'raped' no matter which way you look at it. Call a rape clinic and talk to someone about actually talking with someone. Hopefully it will help. You also need to go see the doc and 'fess up. It could be physical, it could be psychological to some extent, but just to make sure that there's nothing physical going on you need to be checked out.

Yes, at the extent that you could insert your finger it probably should be fairly clear. And if what you're taking isn't helping, the doc may be able to suggest something that will be a bit more helpful. Sometimes glycerin suppositories can help. They'll draw water fromt he tissues and make the rectum expand a bit so that will hopefully stimulate the muscles to start working.

Some women do experience this situation after a rape or other form of sexual problem. And talking about it can really help a lot. Please do yourself a favor and open up about the experience to a trained professional or professionals who can help you through this. This is nothing to go through all by yourself.
