I have been havin diaria, vomoting inoccasions, stomach cramping, stomach pains, nasea, tiredness, dizzyness, strong headaches, feel dehydrated. This have been goinon for almost a week now i took some antibiotics and medicine and i feel alright but then i feel the same. The only way i releave these stomach cramps and pains is by using the restroom. What do i have and what can i do to cure it?

You need to go to the dr and get bloodwork and stool tests done
