elevated triglycerides yellow stool change in diet .... help!

i usually go to a doctor visit yearly to get blood work done... this year when i went he called me in the next day and basically explained to me that i have "elevated triglycerides" and basically telling me that i need to lose some weight.

it was hard at first because i know that i havent had the best diet in the previous year .. sometimes i would make myself throw up if i ate late at night but it was never a persistent thing .. but i would still eat bad ...

after that doctor visit i felt relieved because i thought it might have been something concerning like diabetes etc. and my aunt was just diagnosed with cancer so you know things run through your mind ..

i ended up joining weight watchers which was the best decision ive ever made .. its been one month and i already lost 13 pounds but the thing is i turned my diet around a lot but i think i have cut half the amount of food i would eat in a day .. i dont throw up anymore at all and i knew that was bad for me in the first place but i stopped all the bad stuff ..

the only thing i changed with my diet is eating lean cuisine meals for lunch and a lot of protein with the bars shake making sure i eat breakfast drinking 8 cups of water a day etc.

but i have noticed that i have had yellow stool ... sometimes brown .. but mostly yellow lately and sometimes vegetables like mushrooms dont digest fully

im trying to eat more fresh foods instead of lean cuisines but maybe it takes some time?

am i being paranoid? should i invest in some digestive enzymes to help? exercise more? should i contact my doctor?

it makes me feel like i have the worst anxiety and plus ive been taking in a lot at work ...

is yellow poop normal?! someone please give me honest good feedback.

also to add in .. i have no other symptoms .. no pain anywhere else .. not really tired .. i feel normal other than feeling the anxiety from thinking about yellow poop .. am i crazy or what.

I had it for a couple days, it cleared up on its' own. I read that on-going may be related to the gallbladder. But don't get worked up before you talk to a doctor. If your doctor does email, that may be a good place to start talking to him/her about it.
