help for my mother

Hello, My mother is 62 and has been diagnosed with crohns disease.  She has severe stomach cramping.  It is getting to the point where even if all she eats is jello, she still has these terrible pains.  I know that many people suffer from this disease and was hoping that someone might know of a book or website that might help us with different recipes that we can make, that will possible help minimise her flare-ups.  Thank you.

Thank you very much for that website.  Last night we actually took her back to the hospital she was bleeding again and vomiting blood.  This morning they told her that she also has irritable bowel, and diveametrosis??(probably misspelled and mispronounced).  She is supposed to get a scope done in the morning.  This just seems to be getting worse and worse.  It is very very hard to see her crying in such pain and having no idea what to do to sooth her.  I will find out more tomorrow when I go back to the hospital.
