arising from the pancreas and infiltrated the liver, Mass measured 18 cm x 11 cm and showed irregular peripheral
of the scan with mild centripetal contrast enhancement in the subsequent

of the liver otherwise the rest of the liver is infiltrated by the mass lesion. The right billary ducts are also dilated.
Lesion also infiltrated the posterior wall of the stomach. GB is collapsed otherwise normal. Spleen is normal in size
and attenuateon, no focal lesior seen. There are diffuse nodular thickening of the omentum but no free fluid
ollection in the peritoneal cavity.
