lower abdominal spasms

I have lower abdominal spasms sll the time. There is no pain.. It feels like I'm 8 months pregnant and the baby is kicking hard all the time.. There is no way Im pregnant.. There is nothing that triggers it.. I rarely drink alcohol. What can it be?

Wow, I've been searching for like 30 mins and all the other ones I found say they have pain, which I don't have. I have exactly what you're talking about. I read on another one that someone had some brownish discharge about 2 days earlier for about 2 days, and I did have that. But it feels exactly like a baby kicking only its way down in the lower abs. I am on birth control and I really don't think i'm pregnant. My period has also been very irregular, a week early or late and very light for about 3 months, then all of a sudden about a month ago it came really heavy. Then, I got it again heavy 2 weeks later. And now, if i count from the first one I should get my perios in about a week, or from the second one not for 3 weeks. I am confused! I wish someone would have an answer for this. Oh and by the way... the feeling comes like every five minutes... all day long! for 2 days now! someone help!

I am having the exact same proplem, and I know I am not pregnant.  I keep think it is b/c my period in coming but I have never had these spasms before!  I have not pain , just the feeling like I am pregnant and the baby is kicking.
