nausea

I have nausea for more than 3 weeks increased at nigth not related to food associated with palpatation , diarrhoea and sweatint last for 15-20 min and after that ifel tired and want to sleep.... what migth be the problem

It might be GERD.  I would recommend talking to your doctor about this.

also sometime i feel dizziness and I list 3.5 KG in the last two monthes

CBC
liver function test
amylase
ECG(there were unspecific T wave abnormality)
random blood sugar
stool examination (show 1-2 pus cells)
ultrasound ( partially distended bladder)


also i have pain in left chest increase when liying on left side

What other tests did your doctor run?

I went to see doctor
my CBC showed luekocytosis (54%)
but doctor told me it is normal
other tests were normal
