gallballer surgery

I will have to have my gallstones removed.  How long is the recuperation period?  Is it an out patient procedure?  Is there a recommended surgery?

Thanks for the info.  After going to my surgeon, I found out that I am having my gallbladder removed, not just the stones.  Just shows you how little I know, but the website is really helping me find out a lot more.

Yeah I had mine done on a wednesday at like 5:30 p.m. by 10:00 p.m. I was home. I went back to work on Tuesday. and during this time I took care of my 2 and 4 year olds. It did take ma like a week before I could sleep in the bed though. Slept in my husbands recliner. It was much easier getting up and down.
