pancreastitis

since i been diagnosed withl acute pancreatitis it seems like i smell foul odors always thru my nose.. and like sewage..dont know if thru mouth or nose but i know its seems to follow me.. i was wonderng if i get surgery  the doctor was saying i may need to remove and  my pain do nt get better in my stomach will it eliminate the smells..

I too have the smell in my nose it seems to be coming from my stomach. Because I can smell everything I eat. The smell also changes based on what I eat. I was diagnosed with inflammation, which is what pancreatitis is. Sugar most definitely makes it worse.
