Somebody help me

I had every single test you can imagine about intestines. Colonoscopy, Colonography, Stool culture, blood tests, even defecography. 10 doctors had no solid ideas other than IBS. Sometimes i wait in the toilet for hours and hours for some kind of dark yellow green brown soup-like liquid come after some time stool ends. I mean at first i have no problem like cospration or diherria sympthoms. I do not have any other fever or painful sympthoms. I even had a York Test in order to understand what i shouldnt eat and after 2 months it is still the same case. This situation lasts for the last 4 years and its getting worse everyday. That liquid never ends. If i get out early it burns my anus. or i cant sleep and go to toilet again. Pls help me :(

I'm not sure what that is.  It doesn't sound like celiac but that is any easy thing to try.  Cut out all gluten from your diet and if it is celiac it should improve in about a month.  You can also try not having any lactose.  Sorry, I don't have any more ideas.

Dear Patient thank you for your comments. What do you think should be the cause for this: after normal stool there comes a sticky, marmelade-like, fatty-greasy stool? i feel it and hear it coming from right bowel (from intestines i guess) and then i push it towards the left side to lower it down to sigmoid. and looks like my bowel have problems to throw it away maybe because it doest think it is a stool. but as i said before it is not something i can keep inside...

could it be celiac or a parasyte? i will try every medicine in turn. turkish doctors are idiot and they cant do anything. so i have to find my cure. it has been 4 years i tried lots of things.

oh by the way you said smartpills. it was 350 USD  and i had paid lots of thing i didnot want to have that test. but i can tell you i see effects of what i eat after 6-7 hours, i mean i ate something at noon and see it in the stool i guess this is soo fast. but this situation doest change with what i eat. only the color and density changes but that fatty stuff is continious.

Just letting you know, sometimes iron supplements can cause constipation.  I haven't heard of debridat.  The meds that I used to be on for IBS were amitriptyline, noratriptyline,  and amitiza.

oh yes iron. i dont live in usa. i live in turkey. doctors seem to hear my complaints for the first time. i cant even find it on the net. i think i am one of my kind in the world. i told you if i dont sit there and feel relieved then i have to go to toilet again and again. well let's accept my bowel is broken because of whatever (for instance high level of stres) now i help it by bowel massage. i mean i feel that liquid in me i can hear its voice and i push it. it doesnt resemble something should stay inside. it is not a normal liquid it makes me unconfortable. what do you think about debridat the medicine? i ussed it for a few months but nothing has changed. i mean is there a good IBS medicine that helps bowel function normally and push whatever it keeps? i dont care if the liquid is yellow or green. i just want it to leave asap. :(

Some other tests to try are an upper GI small bowel followthrough and motility tests (like Sitsmarkers or Smartpill).  You shouldn't sit on the toilet for long periods of time because that can cause hemorrhoids, which you might already have because of the burning.  For that you can try hydrocortisone to help the burning.  There is no need to have a celiac test because by a celiac test I think you mean the blood test which is not always correct and in your colonoscopy they should have taken a biopsy of your intestinal villi which is the best test for celiac disease.  By ferrum, do you mean ferritin which is iron?

No other test. i use medicines that helps bowel functions. and some psychological treatment medicines. well i am thinking of trying some antibiotics like bactrim. i dont trust doctors and they have no idea and dont even listen to me. what do you suggest to try? by the way my situation has no relation to what i eat. also i am going to have a celiac test this week. had tiroid and other tests that maybe related. maybe it is because i lack ferrum and vitamin b. i am taking pills. but nothing changes. medicines make it worse because when i eat food or medicine that helps toilet it is always worse.

Are those the only tests you have had or have you had others?  What meds are you on?
