am 37yrs old..have been facing stomach issues like bloating.partial bowel movement.sometimes constipation.gas.acidity..i workout 4 days a week.weights...my problem is that if i miss my regular time for poop.it results in constipation or partial clearing..which leads to bloating gas and acidity...how do i counter this problem as i travel out of the country and usually due to time difference miss my timing and suffer with bloating gas and acidity..
