tummy trouble

for the past few years i have been having terrible tummy trouble,burning in tummy,feeling sick,pain in stomach,had gall bladder removed 4yrs ago due to repeat pancreatitis,sometimes i feel like i have got a nervous stomach,really dont know whats the matter,had gastostrophy came back all clear,so i know my bowels are fine,get severe heartburn,and feeling like i have got a lump in my throat,Honestly really making me feel down now,Any help appreciated

thanks for you reply,yea i have tried lansoprazole,but just to add insult to injury,i also suffer from severe vertigo,and they seem to make this worse,been back to docs since last post,he is sending me for a endoscopy so lets hope i get it sorted,
