Hm, if the whole stool content has unique color, it's maybe just stool. But if you see red threads in it, it is probably blood. Blood in stool often occurs in bacterial infection, and should normally go away by itself in few days.

Again - drink. If you won't drink enough, you may get dizzy from lost water. Use common sense - if you will feel worse in next coupole of days, go to the doctor.

Bad vomiting and diarrhea is not a serious problem and headache which already went away is? You two wanna change?

Stress, wind, flu, many hours of television or PC...are common causes of short-lasting headache.

Food poisoning probably caused bacterial infection of intestine. This infection may go with headache.

I'm not 100% sure, if it is from food poisoning, it may be common flu, well, it's not the season for flu now.

This is school example of food poisoning. Diarrhea may last for 2-3-4 days.

Be sure to drink so much fluid, that you will excrete the same amount of urine as you usually do. You'll maybe need 2-3 liters of fluid a day, but just drink as much as necessary. Eat what you want, maybe avoid fatty foods. No other treatment is needed.

If you won't be better after 4 days, or if you get high fever, or notice blood in the stool, go to the doctor right away.

I thought this forum was for people with real problems.

I have one, I had a headache at 8PM the other night. I took 2 aspirin and felt better a little while later. Any thoughts on why I had the headache?
