unusual

I have red dots on my tongue and they usually dont hurt. but i have also been vomiting on and off for the last week (frequently for 2 days, then no vomiting for 2 days, and then once today) and am constantly nauseated. but i have no fever. what might this be?

i got it checked today and it is stress induced. I basically have to make some changes and find some peace

Could be strep throat. It may not hurt but it could be some type of strain of strep.
Maybe you can get it checked out.

the bumps started a day or two before the vomiting :/ and i am not sexually active

The red dots might be from the vomiting.
It could be a virus, food allergy (those can come at anytime) or maybe pregnancy.
