I don't know what to do, I don't have health insurance and I have constant pain in my upper right abdominals under my ribcage, I have gone to the E.R. and they don't know what it is and wouldn't run any tests, I feel like something is severly wrong, what can I do?

It is constant, it doesn't matter if I have eaten or not or what type of foods that I eat. I am a pretty healthy eater, I for the most part stay away form fatty, processed foods. As far as bowel movements, I'm normally constipated but since I've had the pain I have mostly diarrhea, several times a day and I am experience frequent nausea. I have had my gallbladder and appendix removed,  I have also had other abdominal surgeries as well.

Does it occur after eating?  After eating anything in particular?  Fatty foods?  Spicy foods?  What time of day?  Any problems with bowel movements?  Gas?  Vomiting?
