upper right quadrant pain with bulge

I have a bulge in the upper right quadrant with tenderness to touch for 3 weeks.  had a endoscope, ct, sonogram, urine sample, and labs--all negative.  pain is a 5 on the scale of 1-10.  er doctor told me that since all test were negative, he could think of nothing seriously wrong, gave me a shot for pain and sent me home.  still have the pain, now with nausa and vomiting.  any answers would be a big help.  i have to go back to the doctor on monday.  it hurts when i lay on my stomach or side and sometimes the pain radiates to the back and in the ribs and under the chest.

What test did they do? Did they check your gallbladder? I would ask your doctor if you can see a gastro. Does it hurt adter you eat dairy products, and greasy foods. I was thinking maybe gall stones.
