what does -ve H.pylori meant ?

i'm sorry i know this is hiv forum . i can't any stomach forum .

i just done an endoscopy and this is my result : biopsy at antrum is -ve H.pylori .

can anyone tell me, do i have H.pylori in my stomach ?
