Abdominal abscess
Hi. I have a question about an abdominal abscess. Three years ago, I had an abdominal abscess. The first symptom that I had was an enlarged abdomen. I thought that I was just getting fat. Well now I'm "getting fat" in the same place even though my scale says that I haven't gained any weight. I woke up at 4 am this morning with a pain in the scar tissue from where the abscess was removed before. Is it possible to have an abscess come back again after three years? The abscess that I had before was fairly large and deep. I was told that if I had waited much longer, I may have died. Makes me a little nervous
