Are these symptoms of anxiety or something else?

A few years ago i was in the hospital for having a rapid heart rate. I was diagnosed with having anxiety and doctors put me on a medicine called Metoprobl. My heart rate eventually lowered and i pretty much stopped taking the medicine after that i felt normal again but then a few months  after that i got into a argument with someone and i think that it probably triggered the physical symptoms of anxiety to come back. One of my legs constantly feels like theres pressure, numb or it feel like it twitches. Its been like this for 3 years now. Ive had x rays, went to a physical therapist and everything and they say that my leg is fine.  Ive had blood work and it comes back normal. I also went to the hospital and they say its just stress and anxiety but i never had any medication for it.  Can my leg be feeling this way because of anxiety? Also some days i feel like im in a daze or in the clouds and my nerves feel all over the place. Should I consider taking Metoprobl again because i heard that its a form of a beta blocker?

Look up candida symptoms and see if any of them are like your symptoms. I used to have a terrible rapid heart rate as well as anxiety. Both were cured by addressing this health issue. A low carb diet along with medication to kill the candia, probiotics and some vitamins.
Look into it. It may be your answer.

Hello, I am sorry you are going through so much anxiety.

To a certain extent, yes, anxiety can indeed cause the symptoms, you would be surprised at what anxiety can cause.

As to re-starting the Metoprobl, I would certainly talk to your doctor about it, yes, it can help the heart rate to beat slower, but, I am not sure about the other anxiety symptoms. I would ask for a low dose anti-anxiety med and see if that helps.

If all else fails, then maybe, just maybe, a visit to a chiropractor might help, they deal in pinched nerves, and the one I use to see in the states, really helped my anxiety attacks.

Hope you feel peace soon.
