Been sick for days...

It started Monday... severe headache, cough (with mucous {I started with a cold a few weeks ago}), dizziness, swollen glands in my neck, back pain, fever (last time I checked 100.1), neck pain, extreme fatigue (I slept all but 3 hours Monday), nausea, abdominal pain, leg weakness. Its been constant the past 3 days. Now last night I started having very dark urine (I'm guessing I'm dehydrated?) and this morning I had bloody stool. And every time I cough, it feels like my head is going to explode!

I don't know if this could all be related. But i'm freaking out. I can't afford, nor do I have time, to see a doctor anytime soon. I have a planned trip to the beach with my boyfriend this sunday/monday and I really want to have a general idea of what could be wrong before I go. We have everything under reservation, so I don't want to back out.

Does anyone have any clue what could be going on?? Any help is much appreciated!!!

I ended up going to the clinic. He told me sinus infection and gave me z-pak. He told me I need to see family planning about any other issues? O.o

I know you do not want to see a doctor or can afford one, but, honestly, this really does require a visit, your symptoms are not good, and if it is serious, you will end up having a bigger bill if you do not check it out soon. Some cities have free clinics, check into that or ask your local hospital if they know of any.

Hi there. Just wanted to no if you have been in a community  pool lately?I have heard there is something going around. and you sound like you have all the symptoms. so look on the internet for swimming in a pool. you might have your answer. sorry i could not help you more.
