Go back to the hospital right now.  it could be the sign of the severe infection.  Get back to the hospital where u had the surgery becuase they already has all the informastion about u and they know what kind of surgery was performed on u.  Do not get out from the hospital untill u will be positevely sure that u are doing better, do not agree with outpatient care, u need help now.  Good luck.

I would definitely go back to see your doctor to make sure you don't have an infection.
