Burning feeling and pain

Hello, for almost all of my life (I'm 24 now) I have had Laryngopharyngeal reflux and 3-4 weeks ago I was on a hike and got an absolutely terrible burning sensation in my chest that kept coming and going throughout the walk back to the car and the burning continued the rest of the day just not as bad and it has also continued to this day. It doesn't seem to respond to ppi and I'm very anxious that due to my near lifelong LPR I developed cancer. To make matters worse I can't get into an ENT for 2 months and I couldn't get barium imaging done until next month.

Hello~I would contact another ENT or GP until you get some help, this doesn't sound like something that should be made to wait. Have you tried going to the ER?

I guess I should try and see if I can get into another ENT. I haven't tried the ER because they'll probably just tell me to go to the ENT like when I first got diagnosed with LPR. I'm also really anxious from this
