Raised Atypical Lymphocytes, should i worry

Hi All
Been a while since i posted here, but have visited frequently

I,m worried regarding my symptoms and so will jump right in with my question

3 or 4 weeks ago i had a strange feeling come over me, weak and lethargic out of the blue, this lasted a day or 2 then subsided but was overtook by an attack of bodily aches and pains, mostly arms and shoulders originally but now all over,
after couple of weeks i decided to go doctors for a check up where bloods were required, came back fine full blood count plus vitamin D, Iron, told to drink more fluids and rest.

A week later symptoms worsening, back to the doctors, blood tests again this time full blood count and b12 , b12 was 385?
everything else back within range but noted, raised atypical lymphocytes,
blood tests reordered for confirmation

4 weeks now painful muscle and joint pain accompanied by fatigue and general unwell feeling
anybody else experienced this and what can i do with this type of pain while i await further outcome

im worried and its getting worse, thanks in advance
Marc...
