Constant aches in my thighs?

19, woman.
So I have had aches in my thighs for years but I always thought they were growing pains but considering I'm a month away from twenty years old I'm figuring that ain't it.
It's an achey strained feeling and stretching... Does nothing but I do it a lot and even got into exercising to help but even at my most active in years I get that same exact ache.
Recently,  sorry if this is innapropriate,  I found out the only way to make the ache go away is when I orgasm. Or else I'm in achey pain all day/night.
Frankly Im tired of the pain and the solution is bothersome.  I know my diets pretty trash but I lightened up and still no better so if you could please direct me to a way this could be fixed or at least the cause.
Thank you.

Hi there, welcome. So there is something called 'restless leg syndrome' and it is a diagnosis that involves pain in legs.  Do you notice the pain in your thigh when you are mostly at rest?  There isn't a lot of good treatment for it unfortunately as doctors don't really know why it happens but possibly due to dopamine issues in the brain.  It IS often genetic it seems as families can have it (more than one member).  Things that are used to help are leg massages, warm baths, heating pad, some use ice packs (I know, both work though), good sleep habits. limiting caffeine and tobacco, a Relaxis vibrating pad and there are medications that have been used to treat it such as Requip and a couple of others with the indication.

I would ask your doctor about restless leg syndrome to see if it is a match to your symptoms.  Not sure how orgasm plays a role but I guess you can't do that each time you need relief (like in class or out with the girls at a movie, ha).  good luck

Thank you for responding!  I saw that before when I googled my symptoms and thought it couldn't be me cause it was my thighs not my legs hurting haha.  But now that I read your response and saw another page about it I think that's it.  I am mostly sitting or laying down when it happens. It's funny cause I've never been an active person but guess that'll help it so it doesn't bug me during the day. I'll definitely talk to my doctor about it.
Thank you again.
