I can only imagine how hard it is for you dealing with this problem. Are you usually constipated? If the answer is yes, then, I would deal with this primarily so your fissures won't become much more irritated. Use a fiber supplement (that doesn't give you gas) or a stool softener so that BM's won't be painful. There are several products out there that can help you ease the pain, such as: Prep-H and this maybe used after each BM, also Prep-H wipes(because regular Tpaper can be harsh) and a numbre of oils that promise to remove or heal fissures. If you don't have constipation, but runny BM's, you can get OTC products to alieve the symptoms. But, either case requires medical attention. You don't want to spend your days uncomfortable and thinking about this, you need to get to the bottom of why you are getting this. In extreme cases you need to get this removed, but, an MD can give U something or Diagnose U to set your mind @ ease as to why U get this and fix the root of the problem. If nothing like creams and such work, then U need to have them removed, so U can be comfortable and not have to worry about odor. I wish U the best!
fissures are very hard to heal because the area around them is full of infection, so you must consult a surgeon for surgical repair or it may progress to fistula which is more problematic, as for the pain you may put xylocaine cream to decrease the pain.
