Frequent burping

Hi, I wasn’t really sure who to go to with this and as of right now can’t go to a doctor due to personal financial reasons so was hoping someone here might have some information.
For the past 3 days I have been dealing with frequent burping and feeling a little bloated. I originally thought it might be something due to my stomach acid bothering me so I took some baking soda water to reduce the ph level however this didn't fix anything. As of today I have been counting how often I have burped today and I woke up at 11am and it is currently 17.21 pm. During this time I have felt the need to burp 28 times which I am sure is not normal. Do you know what caused this? and if so is there anything I can do to stop it?  While I do burp after eating or drinking a majority of the burps are just randomly throughout the day. I assumed maybe it was due to frequently swallowing and maybe swallowing wrong but I really don’t know. I hope someone here has some idea about what is going on and if I can stop it.

Hello~You might be unconsciously swallowing more air than usual. Are you under stress? This can cause that problem at times.

I know you can't afford to see a doctor, but if it continues or gets worse, you should see one to rule out anything that might be serious.
