Chronic Nausea

Hey all!

This has been an on-going battle that began roughly 4-5 months ago. Every morning I wake up, I have this debilitating nausea that almost results in having to vomit, however I don't. This nausea is the same feeling you get when you're literally on the verge of starving! Now this doesn't just occur in the morning, it an on-going feeling that I experience throughout the day. The only time when I don't feel the nausea AS MUCH, is when I gym / exercise.

My diet is extremely healthy. I basically live off foods such as oats, fish, eggs, low gi bread, vegetables, fruit (grape fruit, green apples), nuts & raisens, omega tablets, whey protein, multi vitamins etc. So all in all, my diet is in check. I can't for the life of me, figure out why this is happening. I actually can't take it anymore and sometimes I just don't want to wake up.

I've visited my Dr 3 times, and each time I've been prescribed medication to aid in the reduction of stomach cramping and acid control. Nothing has worked so far. I'm really starting to get frustrated and all in all, I just never wanted to see people because I'm constantly moody and grumpy.

I'm 20 year old male, turning 21 this year, very active and healthy.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

It is possible that you are allergic to something you eat, I suggest doing an ilimination of foods, see if you feel better ehwen you dont eat it ..
