Does a lump near the belly button mean anything

Quick history I was diagnosed with pure seminoa testicular cancer(stage 1a) last year. During the last few months I've been noticing pronounced weight lost, grion pain, and the lump I noticed last week. This all has happened in the last 6 months. The lump seems to be above the muscle on my lower abdomin near my belly button( like a inch and a half southeast if you were to lay the cardinal directions on my belly button, best way I can think of describing the location I'm not a doctor) the lump is soft and doesn't move. Thanks for the time.

Ya agreed im trying to be seen. Fighting to be seen in the military healthcare system is alittle more difficult than you'd imagine. I was just wondering if the location of the lump which seems more on the surface would be a direct symptom of the lymphatic system. From what I understand it's deeper in the body.

Hello,
You need to tell your doctor about this, I certainly do not want to alarm you, but it sounds like the cancer could be progressing and causing the issues.
