If it happens to be HPV (Human Papilo Virus) use plain white vinegar on the spots. Plain white vinegar is what the gyn. uses on women who have HPV.
If you are sexually active, you should be seeing a doctor. There are some STDs that can cause spotting and you should know if you have one. Remember, that any STD can become dormant and then rear it's ugly head at a later time. They don't go way without treatment. I don't want to scare you, but untreated, they can do allot damage to your body, such at deafness and blindness, or even cause death. So, make sure you don't have something like that. It's better to be safe than sorry. Good luck and good health to you.
Id see a Dr but if you dab tee tree oil on it (burns for a couple minutes) it should kill any fungal problem you have. Use it a few times to see if it helps. Does it hurt already?
