How to feel strong, awake and healthy again by tomorrow/today?

The information is there, and I was wondering how do I feel better, if I can, by later today?  Thanks.

As you have been feeling "weird" since you cut your arm, I suggest you get that arm seen to urgently.

Go to the ER or make an urgent appointment to get the cut examined.  You can catch bacteria through cuts and the way you have been feeling could be due to an infection from the cut and if it is infected or the infection has or is spreading, you will need a course of antibiotics.   It the cut was done by an dirty object, you may need to have a tetanus booster as well.

In the meantime, keep the cut clean and dry.

This time of the year there are many bugs and viruses going round, so it is highly likely that you may be "coming down" with something.

It is understandable that you feel down, especially as your girlfriend has left you.  

With the dreams that you have been having, seems that you have worries on your mind.

The other reasons for feeling tired and especially if you are not eating properly, is having low levels of iron in your body causing anaemia.  Make an appointment to see your doctor to get a blood test taken to find out if you are anaemic.  Make sure that you eat properly with lots of fresh fruit and veg, fish, chicken, etc. and drink lots of water.

If you are used to drinking a lot of coffee and cut down on this, that too can give you the shakes.  It is normal to feel hungry if you haven't eaten for a long time.

Being dehydrated (not having enough water in your body) can also make you feel tired.  Try and drink at least 2 litres (4 pints) of water in the day.  As you had not eaten much and started to feel shaky, mention this to your doctor too, as it may be a good idea to have a HBA1C blood test done to check if you have glucose intolerance or diabetes.

Having depression can also make you feel like you do.  So do speak with your doctor about your symptoms and how you feel.  The doctor will need to check you out for iron and Vitamin B12 deficiency and diabetes as well as consider whether in fact you have depression that needs treating.

Also with the energy, CBT therapy - doing things you used to enjoy even if you don't right now until you do enjoy them. Also be positive if you think I can't be bothered, lie to yourself and repeat it in your head or out loud that you want to do it, will be great at it, will enjoy it. Be mindful and notice the negative thoughts of I'm rubbish, I can't, I'm fat, I'm skinny, I'm this....I'm that and notice when you say them, why and stop them and change them. You have to change the habits and it takes time, weeks even months.
Also light exercise might help, just light exercise.
You could see a gp for a test in vitamin deficiencies?
I take a tablet called femergy available from a few places its a multi vitamin and I noticed it did help me. Also ginsing tablets have helped me in the past.

Hello - I'm sorry but I don't think from your post anyone can make you feel better in one day.
From what you posted I can relate and it sounds like stress, anxiety and depression.
I can't give you much advice as its appeared from your post the cause is your current personal situation mainly the breakdown of a relationship and the resulting situation.
Whilst people say time is a healer, that doesn't help the here and now and the here and now is what is important. You need to live through the no to get to the later.
I really think you need to start by understanding how you feel, when you feel it, what triggers it, what helps and make a spread sheet diary journal however you want to do it. Include activities, who you speak with, what you eat and then rate all these things 1-5 on how much you enjoyed or hated it, make notes on if you didn't feel hungry, felt better or worse after a phone call, if you leave the house. Absolutely everything. Include sleep, again detail how long, when his you feel what is in your mind,
If you struggle sleeping google about relaxation techniques.
Once you start to understand how you feel and the triggers hopefully you can start to manage it and improve it.
See a doctor, ask about counselling, there's medication but it can actually make things worse. Medication - I trend lots and it didn't agree with me. Counselling has to be at the right time for the right reason with purpose and when you go you have to feel its the right person. I've had it lots of times and sometimes its been a life saver or improved my quality of life other times its made me miserable and stressed out.
There's lots of online communities, help lines and possibly talk to your friends and family? I found my saviour on an online game words with friends a stranger from America also suffering ill health and depression and we supported each other. I pushed all my actual friends away and still haven't found the place to re introduce people into my life but I do have a good family and neighbours who support me. Everyone is individual.
There's no magic cure. You have to work through it, hopefully with support and advice. I'm doing well right now but I've been to the bottom of depression and up and down for a few years. Mine is long term due to health complications, so hopefully if yours is linked solely to a situation you will get better!
