Bad Chest Pains

Hey everyone! For the past week or so I had very bad aching in the lower back due to bad posture/stress. Just the past day or two, my lower back started to feel better. This morning I woke up at 6am and everything was fine, went back to sleep, got woken up at 10am, still fine. Then I woke up at 1pm and it felt like someone was stabbing me in my chest. It has lasted all day. When I sit down or stand up it hurts a lot and it hurts the worst when laying on my back. It feels as if there is 500 pounds sitting on my right rib/lung. I can't talk more than 8-9 words without losing my breath. I don't know if it can be related, but in the times between 10am and 1pm, I had a very graphic/violent dream and I was wondering if I could have had an anxiety/panic attack in my sleep? I thought it could have been possible that I stopped breathing or tensed up that whole time causing the intense pain. Could it go back to the lower back pain that I have been experiencing the past week? The stress for the past few weeks? I'm at a total loss. I can breathe normally through my nose but when it breathe through my mouth, the breaths are very short and they make me dry cough. I tried a hot shower and it helped a bit. I have been a mess lately and it is really taking a toll :( What's going on with me??

Sounds like an anxiety attack to me.  Drink some soothing tea like Sleepy Time or Chamomile to help you calm down.  Listen to some quiet soothing music.

Many times when our parents have problems, altho we try hard not to let it affect us, it truly does.  Let Mom and Dad handle the problems.  Try to trust that God will take care of things and that they will turn out okay.

So sorry that you are sick - get well soon.

I don't have insurance and my parents and I are having some money difficulties at the moment! D: If I do go, it won't be for a few weeks. Today the chest pain is gone, just there when I cough. It moved to my left shoulder and shoots across my back. Just tanking it for now.
