In desperate need of advice to numerous health issues.

I apologize in advance for the lengthy post. There is so much going on, idk where to start but here It goes!
I have been struggling immensely with numerous health issues so I will explain the best I can.

In April of this year I broke out in to a horrible case of hives. No word of a lie, they lasted 3 months. Every single day. Allergists thought it was environmental (I disagreed). Drs called it idiopathic, naturopath said it was definitely food allergies. Anyway, I took  Claritin when i couldn't stand the itch. Also some Quercetin (didn't find it helped much but I'm all for natural stuff anyway!)
I was told to cut out guten, wheat, dairy, sugar. Well my mistake is I cut out way too many things and really limited my caloric intake because I was so sick and tired of not seeing results. The calorie restriction lasted until about a month ago. I think I was eating maybe 500 calories a day.. some days more,  some less. I guess I didn't realize the chaos I was about to create. I wasn't dealing with anorexia  since I wasn't unhappy with my image.. I was just tired of having allergies and took it out on myself I guess.

Big mistake that was. This summer (around July) I decided to try and eat full dinners. But noticed I was  feeling very bizarre after eating protein. I generally ate chicken for dinner with some veggies. I would get weird tremors, and have full on seizures at one point. Things got way out of hand and i was seen by many ER Drs, neurologists, internal medicine specialist, all whom were stumped. Finally, I was seen by a genetisist about a month ago and said since I fasted so much I could have struck up symptoms of a rare genetic disorder with protein metabolism. .. lucky me. I had my amino acids checked and sure enough I have high levels of glycine and serine (both apparently cause some serious damage and the symptoms I was having) and to make it even more fun.. no cure! Well.. I dont want to settle for this!! I found an article that states glycine levels can increase due to starvation, and lack of B6. I mean, technically I was starving myself for a few months.
After the episodes started I drastically limited  any protein.. which I know malnourished me more.
Now, I am sticking to a vegan diet and trying to get my protein through plant sources. But I am very hungry all the time.
But wait.. there's more

I just did an IGG food sensitivities test (should have done a long time ago)  and it revealed I'm very sensitive to gluten, wheat, corn, potatoes (wtf), peas, almonds, all dairy, casein, and bakers and brewers yeast.

Soon, I'll just have to eat pine needles ;)
I know I have allergies to dairy (had IGE testing) as well as brewers yeast. And gluten is a big NO for me as it causes tingling and bad migraines.
Anyway at the end of this ALL my questions are:
Has anyone experienced anything remotely close to this and recovered? My naturopath thinks I'm also dealing with yeast overgrowth, leaky gut, and severe adrenal fatigue. what on earth should I do. I'm only 26 and feel like I'm 80 and on my death bed really soon if things don't change. Not trying to sound dramatic but I feel very bad everyday, and depression has set in as well. I can't eat much due to restrictions, and I am on medical leave :( I worked as a Flight attendant and loved it.
Please any suggestions to deal with all these food sensitivities, my very low energy levels, and how to heal myself in the most natural way possible.
Many blessings
Xx
