My poop seems weird/not normal, seems like most of it isn't digested properly.

Hi all,
So my poop was this since i remember maybe 2 years or more.
It's not diarrhoea, as its not really liquidy or anything, its just seems like its not bunched up into 1, smooth poop, it usually 2-4 pieces which is fine/normal but consistency is not, seems kind of ''fluffy'' and breaks easily too, i took closer look and seems like it doesn't digest nuts, as it just many nuts pieces in it.

I think its something with what i eat daily basis, as i remember i was on holiday away out of my routine and my poop got back to normal.
I cant figure out what i should stop eating/what i don't tolerate from foods.

What could it be guys ?

Thanks for helping !

It doesn't sound too abnormal. stools change depending on what you eat. Mine is often like yours. I have a vegan diet and so maybe when eat more fiber or veggies and nuts or certain foods it changes. Things to worry about are obviously blood in the stool (black, tarry), when you have all floating fatty looking (glossy) stools, not just an occasional one, pencil shaped ones (also not an occasional one), like you said diarrhea all the time, cramps, pain, obvious worms (this would be like a tape worm which is a flat white ribbon). Pinworms which are very very itchy and you would know if you had that.

Probably related to what you are eating. Try testing a certain diet one week, see if that has any results and then test a different diet. Maybe that will help.
