Pain in chest and right breast

I'm a 38yr old female who's 5'4" and weighs 180 so yes overweight and I'm also a heavy smoker and yes I know I need to quit but all of a sudden I'm having sharp pain in my chest  on my right side kind of chest and right breast that shoots the pain to my right armpit. If I cough, lift with my right arm and bend over and reach with my right arm it hurts. I know I need to lose weight and quit smoking but am having a hard time. I do have a family history of breast cancer (grandma passed away from it) and I do have a family history of heart disease (grandpa passed away from a major heart attack and my mom had two major valves replaced) plus I had a benign cyst on my left breast removed almost 3yrs ago. What could be this pain I am experiencing?
