not sure how to deal with this

Been dealing with dizziness ,headaches, shaking ,chest pain . Just got over shingles. Had a bunch of blood work done and they said I was a healthy boy . Had a BMI test done and I'm excellent for my age ...32 years old @ 13% body fat and 170 pounds . I had this pain in my chest that felt like my heart having a muscle spasm and kinda clicked which left a smell and taste of blood in my mouth and nose. Chiropractor said he thought part of my problem was a cervical problem . Something about brain stem stuff . Not sure what to do . No insurance and think I'm just wielding myself out . Someone help me ?

If you have a cervical problem (neck), that can cause headaches and dizziness when you move your neck and head (postural hypertension).  This is due to insufficient oxygen getting to the brain from narrowing of the spinal cord.  This would show up on xrays.

The muscle spasm can also be from muscular and skeletal problems and the click noise could have been your spinal bones clicking.

As you noticed a "smell and taste of blood in my mouth and nose" you may have congestion in the sinuses and chest.  This can cause you to feel dizzy if you have an infection in the throat and sinuses.  You may find inhaling over a bowl of hot water with vick or olbas oil, covering your head and bowl and breathing in the steam will help to decongest your sinus problem that may be causing the headaches and dizziness.

Headaches and dizziness can also be symptoms of high blood pressure.  Did you have your blood pressure checked?  Throat infections like Tonsillitis can also cause headaches and dizzy spells.

Take pain relief as recommended on the packet and drink plenty of water so you do not get dehydrated.  Dehydration can also cause dizziness, headaches and shakiness.  The shakiness may due to any infection you have or from too much caffeine.  Cut down on coffee, fizzy drinks and alcohol.

Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Best wishes.

It is possible to get a spasm in your heart.  You might want to try taking Magnesium as it's the most common mineral that we lack.  Magnesium can help with muscle spasms (the heart is a muscle), twitches, restless legs, headaches, electrical type zaps, choking feeling, aches and pains  etc.

I would suggest seeing a doctor to determine how low your magnesium and potassium levels are.  But you can take these supplements to help in the meantime.
Your body will regulate the amount of magnesium you need - but too much potassium will make you tired -  need to find the happy medium
A spasm in the heart can be just like a heart attack without the blockage.  Please be careful.
When you can afford it, please see a cardiologist.

Wishing you the best......
