Sorry you aren't feeling your best. Did your doctor at least run some basic labs? My best advice is that you are always going to be your own best advocate. You should be able to ask your doctor about anything head to toe that is bothering you. Let your doctor know that you don't want to just treat your symptoms, that you are actually looking for the etiology of your pain and symptoms. There could very well be information your doctor has from prior test results that may have led the doctor to prescribe some of the medications. If you don't ask, you won't know. If your pain, intolerance to touch, and tender muscles keep bothering you, it might be wise to ask for a rheumatology referral. Best wishes to you.
It might be time to ask to see an ENT? Some of what you describe could be relieved most likely from some techniques that the ENT uses. And you can ask to see a rheumatologist as suggested Uomeasmile is right, you have to be your own advocate for your health!
